General Description of electromagnetism II

In this course of Electromagnetism II it is to provide students with knowledge and skills necessary for handling and solving problems related to electromagnetic propagation in different media and their relationship with engineering solutions applied to telecommunications.

To do this in class problems are solved in group theoretical principles applied to specific designs through demonstrations antenna type exemplified class is addressed.

The practical activities take place in two modes, resolutions of problems where you need to apply the principles developed in class and laboratory test such as measurement input impedance of the antenna, antenna design and construction of dipole type, patch, etc. measuring radiation pattern antenna parabolic reflector microwave bank. Assambly and testing common link point-point at 2,4GHz.
