General Description of electromagnetism I

In this course of Electromagnetism I it is to provide students with knowledge and skills necessary for handling and solving problems related to electromagnetic propagation in different media and their relationship with engineering solutions applied to telecommunications.

For this theoretical classes where problems are dealt with theoretical principles applied to specific design of different products such as lines, waveguides, magnetrons are taught, etc.

Practical classes are conducted in two modes, problem solving where it is necessary to apply the principles developed in class and laboratory test on measuring impendance characteristics in different types of lines design and measurements of various system impendance matching and measurement guides 10 GHz wave measurements angles of incidence and reflection on metal surfaces.
